Is there a setup fee?
A one-time SAR 1,500 implementation covers onboarding, WhatsApp number verification, template setup, agent training, and go-live support. Waived for annual upfront commitments.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
Overage is SAR 0.07 per message, or you can buy a campaign message pack for up to 36% savings vs overage rates.
How are Meta (WhatsApp API) fees charged?
Meta charges conversation fees directly to your Meta Business account, separate from your urWhats subscription. Rates vary by message type and country. Use the calculator above to estimate your cost.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
